3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and accurate information during registration and must update your details if they change. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your identity or age, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 KYC Verification. pkr333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — before processing withdrawals, when account activity is flagged by our risk systems, or upon regulatory instruction. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pkr333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Notify pkr333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
4.1 Personal Use. Your pkr333 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. You may not open an account on behalf of another individual.
4.2 Device and Access Security. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your pkr333 account, including using a strong and unique password, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and logging out from shared devices after each session.
4.3 Accurate Contact Details. You are required to maintain a valid Pakistani mobile number and — where provided — a valid email address on your pkr333 account. pkr333 may use these to send account security alerts, OTP codes, and important service notifications.
4.4 Self-Monitoring. Members are encouraged to regularly review their transaction history, active bets, and bonus status through the pkr333 account dashboard. pkr333 provides these tools to assist you in maintaining awareness of your gaming activity and financial position at all times.

5.3 Currency. All account balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr333 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard PKR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the rate prevailing at the time of deposit, as published on the platform.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pkr333 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. pkr333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
5.5 Processing Times. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of approval. 5.6 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pkr333 account are your own lawfully obtained funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. pkr333 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by pkr333 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each promotion. These specific terms form part of the overall agreement and must be read in conjunction with this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable as real money. 6.3 One Bonus Per Member. All Eid and Ramadan promotions comply with the general terms of this section.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the pkr333 platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules apply to game-play matters, and these Terms govern all account and platform matters.
7.2 RNG Certification. All casino and virtual table games on pkr333 use Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. The platform holds the right to void and re-settle any game round found to have been affected by a technical malfunction of its RNG system.
7.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including cricket and UFC, are governed by specific sportsbook rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. pkr333 reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or limit stakes at its discretion where required for operational or integrity reasons.
7.4 Technical Errors. 10.1 pkr333's Right to Suspend. pkr333 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following applies: the Member has breached these Terms; the Member's account has been involved in fraudulent activity; the Member has been found to have provided false registration information; regulatory or legal obligations require account suspension; or pkr333 has identified the account as a risk to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Member's Right to Close. You may close your pkr333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Any withdrawable real-money balance remaining in your account at closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balance at time of closure will be forfeited.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to exclude themselves from the pkr333 platform for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is available for defined cooling-off periods or on a permanent basis. pkr333 honours self-exclusion requests immediately upon receipt.
